When November
wakes up sunny
I'm not sure what to do
except to wait awhile
until she's recognizable
again
my greyest friend
can put on costume for a time
a cobalt shawl of sky
some puffy happy cloud
and she's allowed
to be that for a day
but I know blue is grey
